Please send a check to Jim Mason 255 East 49th Street #32A New York, NY 10017 in the amount of $45.00 per book.  This includes postage and handling.  If you would like a book signed, please indicate if and how you would like it inscribed.  The book will be mailed using USPS Media Mail service.  Orders from abroad may be subject to a postal surcharge.
